Do you offer ground coffee?

We offer several grinding options for all of our coffee beans.
We highly recommend using your own grinder.

I made a mistake on my order. Can you change it for me?

If your order has already been processed or shipped, unfortunately we cannot.

Do you ship internationally?

We don’t currently ship outside of Australia, however we plan to accommodate this in the future.

When will my coffee be shipped?

We pack daily, and ship orders Tues-Friday mornings.

When is the roast date?

We specialise in espresso beans, which means we age our coffee for ~10 days before releasing the stock.

How do I store my coffee?

Can you delay my order?

Due to the logistical interruptions, we don’t accommodate delayed/scheduled orders.

Can I request custom roast?

We don’t do custom roasting on small batches of coffee. If you’d like to place an order for custom roasted coffee supply, please visit our Partnership Enquiry form.
